Prime attended the ARIVA Academy seminar

Prime Agritech Corporation has been attended the ARIVA Academy seminar with its course “Innovate & Engage New Solutions for Growing Sales” and “The art of successful Negotiation” at AIM conference center Manila on September 3, 2018

The two interesting course was delivered by a motivational speaker no other than Dr. Rick Goodman. He is renowned as one of the most sought-after leadership and engagement experts. His keynote presentations and breakout sessions have produced transformational results leading to happier employees, increased productivity and, most importantly, HIGHER PROFITS.  In addition to He is also a serial entrepreneur who walks his talk and shares his winning philosophy with his audiences. Before turning 30 years old, he created and sold one of the largest medical practices in Missouri. That same year, Dr. Rick founded a new enterprise that is still active today.

Dr. Rick Goodman emphasized the importance of the two subjects for modern entrepreneurs and business enthusiast. It includes the difference between the customers and clients develop the SYSTEM as stands for S-aving, Y-our, S-elf, T-ime, E-ergy, M-oney & S-anity and the proper way of positional selling.

For “The art of Successful Negotiation” Dr. Rick Goodman discussed the Five elements of successful negotiation particularly Walk-Away alternatives. He also asked the attendees to write down their experienced in negotiation using the Five elements of successful negotiation planning from Identifying the interest, Walk-Away alternatives, Issues to be discussed & included in Final agreement, Possible solutions and strategies on how to execute the negotiation in their field of business.

And part of the seminar everyone was allowed to shares some experiences with the applications of the Five elements of Successful Negotiation. Prime Agritech in the person of Dr. Jorge Manahan, the General Manager was given a chance to talk his journey  in dealing some transaction and how he overcome the trials and executing the strategies to achieved his company’s negotiation.

Prime Agritech for AGRILINK 2018
